  We wanted to go out and try somethjng different for Mother's Day so we came here. We got a seat pretty quickly but should've listened to the lady who was leaving when she said "good luck, we waited 1 and a half hours for our food". Well..... We ordered within 10 mins of being seated and were told there would be up to half an hours wait, which was fine, that's pretty standard on a busy day. If you're bringing your kids, just keep in mind kids meals don't include drinks or any desserts, which was a bit of a let down. Well 30 mins came and went and at 1 hour I followed up with the nearest waiter. She said another 5 minutes more so we made a decision that if it took longer than 5 mins we'd be walking. Sure enough all our food turned up. The boys said the chicken burgers were nice, my daughters nachos were stale and smothered in avocado, my other daughters toastie was average and def could've been done up in 5 minutes (not worth the $7.90 we paid), and the 4 piece calamari n chips serving my other daughter had was also overpriced - $9.90. My beef & bacon burger was very nice but was exactly that - beef patty, strip of bacon, a slice of pickle and a smudge of BBQ sauce, no extra bits like onions or lettuce or tomato or beetroot. I can't exactly justify the $17.90 I paid for it. All in all, we weren't overly impressed so needless to say, we won't be returning. We should've just ate at Outback Steakhouse and it would've been $20 cheaper with faster service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Thank you for a memorable Mother's Day, Coco Cubano...your staff and customer service was pretty below par. After all that, I'm parched. I couldnt even drink my glass of tap water that took an hour to be brought to our table - the glass was filthy.
